Our company has previously managed a wide range of events including Airshows, Music Festivals, Music Concerts, Sporting Events, Local Authority events, Marathons, Agricultural Shows and many more. We have worked on events ranging from just 500 people to well in excess of 250,000.

To ensure the right measures to control crowds are in place, a comprehensive Crowd Safety Management Plan is constructed based on various factors including the venue, previous event experience, crowd size, type of event, intelligence, audience profile and other safety-related information. Throughout this we work closely with organisers, local Police, council staff and other key agencies.

Once the Crowd Management Plan is completed we can communicate this to all key stakeholders through presentations and training. This is required because as every staff member working at the event, including stewards, need to be fully briefed on the management of Crowd Safety and what their role is during ingress, the event itself, egress and possibly during an evacuation.
