Door Supervisors

We are currently recruiting casual SIA Door Supervisors for Belfast and Derry~Londonderry.

As Select Security Group is one of the highest quality providers of Door Supervisors, we are very careful with the people we ask to join our team.

You will have access to the latest training in Crowd Safety and Event Stewarding, including gaining qualifications such as NVQs for free!

As a casual employee you don’t have to work every week and you can fit shifts around your lifestyle. You don’t need any experience as we will provide you with comprehensive training to ensure you feel comfortable personally ensuring the safety of thousands of people ever year at our events.

We are keen to point out that this role isn’t for everyone. It could involve working late on regular weekends at one of our licensed premises or working at any time during a major music festival or concert. You will also need to be exceptionally good at dealing with situations involving extreme stress and ensuring a consistent and professional approach to your work during each incident.

If you pass the recruitment stages, you will be expected to join our enthusiastic Training Team for a two day course, the first step towards your NCFE Level 2 Award in Understanding Steward at Spectator Events! Once you complete this, we will team you up with a “buddy” who will let you know about the company and accompany you at your first few events.

The hourly rate is £9.00. You must hold a SIA Door Supervisor licence for this position.
