Mobile Patrols

Mobile Patrols can be an alternative to provision of a Security Officer on your site overnight. Our Mobile Patrols will constantly check your premises, to an agreed schedule, ensuring that a highly visible presence is maintained at random periods by a uniformed Security Officer, deterring thieves from attacking your premises.

Frequency of Checks

We aim to customise the service on each site to meet the exact requirements of each client. Various options can be offered from simple regular mobile patrols to a highly customised Mobile Patrol service. In all cases we will provide full electronic logging of all site visits and inspections and detailed computerised incident reports.

Comprehensive Service Provision

We realise that all clients require a bespoke service that adds value and supports you in the successful operation of your business. Our Security Officers can open and close premises, check fire equipment, turn off equipment, water plants or quite literally manage any area where you need support.

Key Holding and Accompanied Visits

Not every business owner or manager can be available to attend their premises in the event of an incident. Our key holding service allows us to respond on your behalf. All keys are kept securely at our offices and only taken out in Mobile Patrol vehicles with Security Officers when responding to a call for your premises. We will manage the entire process, including informing the Police and the alarm companies that we will be responding.

For clients who wish to retain the keys themselves, we offer an accompanied visit service whereby our Security Officer can either meet your key holder at your premises or take them to and from the premises, guaranteeing their safety and ensuring compliance with lone worker legislation. We also have excellent contacts with local police in all areas, & can help you in maintaining good liaison and ensuring that you get the best possible backup and service.

Standards of Service

Our Mobile Patrol visits are undertaken to the BS7499 standard, with electronic monitoring provided to the client. In addition our Key Holding service fully complies with BS7984 for Key Holding and Response Services Code of Practice.
