Venue Management

Each event venue is entirely different and Select Security Group takes pride in being able to adapt and exceed any venue's requirements.

Our experience of working in a range of venues such as Sports Stadiums, Concert Halls, Showgrounds, Playing Fields and Entertainment Complexes have allowed us to customise our approach to Venue Management. This experience enables us to predict the areas we need to address before beginning onsite to ensure a smooth transition for the client.

We dedicate an Operations Manager with a wealth of experience in managing the client’s type of venue to oversee our operations. Our Venue Management team work with the client and our Safety Officer to compile a complete Crowd Safety Management Plan, which details how we will operate the venue on a day to day basis.

To ensure we stay at the forefront of Venue Management, we review all operational management policies every six months, updating them to reflect changes suggested by leading industry groups.
